DESCRIPTION:

The Kelsius AL3 Amplified RF Alarm is a wireless amplified radio frequency alarm flasher designed for integration within Kelsius environmental monitoring systems to provide local audible and visual alarm indication for critical monitoring events and environmental excursions. The AL3 communicates wirelessly with the Kelsius Network Controller using RF transmission technology, allowing flexible installation throughout monitored facilities without requiring wired alarm infrastructure.

The AL3 is designed for healthcare, pharmaceutical, laboratory, blood science, refrigeration, cold storage, cleanroom, and industrial monitoring environments requiring immediate local alarm indication for temperature excursions, connectivity faults, equipment alarms, or environmental monitoring incidents. The amplified wireless architecture allows deployment across large monitoring environments with line-of-sight wireless communication ranges up to 100 metres depending on installation conditions.

The alarm flasher incorporates a Xenon blue strobe visual indicator together with an integrated audible alarm function that can be enabled or disabled depending on operational requirements. The AL3 operates on 868 MHz European RF bands and 916 MHz US RF bands and supports full RF reprogrammability within Kelsius monitoring networks. Power is supplied via an included 12VDC 1A mains adapter together with integrated 4.8V NiMH battery backup capability for continued alarm operation during power interruptions.

Designed for continuous operational deployment within regulated and compliance-focused monitoring environments, the AL3 supports integration with Kelsius monitoring infrastructure including automated SMS alerts, email notifications, app-based alarm escalation workflows, and historical event logging systems. The platform is suitable for pharmaceutical storage monitoring, laboratory alarm notification, vaccine storage supervision, blood bank monitoring, and critical environmental alarm management applications.
