The Yokogawa 720220 is a 16-channel voltage input module designed for high-density voltage acquisition and multi-channel monitoring applications using Yokogawa DL950, DL850, DL850E, DL850EV, DL350, and SL2000 ScopeCorder platforms. The module supports simultaneous multi-channel DC voltage measurement for laboratory, industrial, automotive, aerospace, energy, and manufacturing environments requiring isolated high-accuracy data acquisition capability.
The module provides 16 isolated unbalanced voltage input channels using a scan-based acquisition architecture with independent range, coupling, scaling, zoom, and display configuration for each channel. The 720220 supports maximum sampling rates up to 200 kS/s when using a single channel and 10 kS/s during simultaneous 16-channel operation. Voltage sensitivity ranges from 200 mV/div to 2 V/div with 16-bit A/D conversion resolution and DC accuracy specified at ±0.3% of 10 divisions.
The module incorporates strong noise rejection performance with common mode rejection specified at 86 dB at 50/60 Hz together with selectable 500 Hz bandwidth limiting on each sub-channel for improved signal integrity in electrically noisy environments. Maximum direct input voltage is specified to 42V (DC + AC peak) with CAT I and CAT II measurement capability.
The compact modular architecture supports expansion up to 128 channels within a single ScopeCorder system using eight installed modules, and larger synchronized measurement configurations across multiple systems. Removable spring terminal blocks support flexible wiring and field-service installation capability for industrial and laboratory DAQ environments.
