Designed for semiconductor development, storage validation, server platform testing, and high-performance computing environments, the platform supports PCIe 5.0 operation at data rates up to 32 GT/s with link widths up to x16.

The Xgig 5P16 combines Analyzer, Exerciser, and Jammer functionality within a single modular platform, enabling engineers to perform protocol capture, traffic generation, error injection, and advanced debug operations using a unified architecture. The platform supports PCIe generations from 2.5 GT/s through 32 GT/s and provides detailed visibility into TLP, DLLP, PHY, NVMe, and CXL protocol layers.

Designed for complex validation workflows, the system includes advanced triggering, LTSSM analysis, protocol search capabilities, sideband signal capture, interposer auto-tuning, and simultaneous multi-user operation. The integrated 256 GB capture memory supports large trace acquisition with upstream and downstream capture segmentation for extended analysis sessions.
