The VIAVI Network & Service Companion (NSC-100) family is a modular handheld test platform range engineered for installation, activation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of broadband, enterprise, and fibre access services. Designed for telecom operators, FTTH installers, contractors, and service technicians, the NSC-100 combines PON, Ethernet, and WiFi testing within a compact portable platform intended for multi-gigabit service validation and customer experience troubleshooting.

The NSC-100 platform supports multiple configuration options covering GPON, XGS-PON, Ethernet, WiFi, throughput analysis, loopback testing, and cloud-based workflow management. The screenless ruggedized architecture integrates with the VIAVI Mobile Tech application, enabling simplified one-button testing workflows, pass/fail analysis, cloud reporting, and remote job management.

Designed for modern broadband deployment environments, the NSC-100 family supports Ethernet interfaces from 1G to 10G, WiFi analysis up to WiFi 6, and service validation tools including SpeedCheck, Ookla Speedtest, RFC6349 TrueSpeed, iPerf, Y.1564, and RFC2544 testing depending on model configuration. The platform can also operate as a remote-controlled test endpoint through VIAVI Fusion centralized test systems.
