The FLIR i64 is a professional app-enabled thermal imaging camera designed to simplify inspections, improve workflow efficiency, and support condition monitoring programmes across industrial, utility, maintenance, and facilities environments. Built on FLIR's ACE (Android Camera Ecosystem) platform, the i64 combines high-resolution thermal imaging with cloud connectivity, guided inspection workflows, and app-based functionality.

Featuring a 480 × 640 thermal detector, the i64 delivers detailed thermal imagery for identifying overheating electrical connections, mechanical faults, insulation deficiencies, HVAC issues, moisture intrusion, and developing equipment failures. FLIR's patented MSX® technology enhances thermal images by embossing visual details onto thermal images, improving fault identification and reporting.

The camera supports FLIR Ignite™ and AssetLink™ cloud connectivity, enabling automatic data upload, asset-based inspection management, team collaboration, and streamlined reporting. App-based workflows help standardise inspections and support technicians of varying experience levels through guided routes, training tools, and workflow automation.
