DESCRIPTION:

The FLIR Si2-Pro is the most comprehensive model in the FLIR Si2 acoustic imaging camera family, combining compressed air and industrial gas leak detection, partial discharge analysis, and mechanical fault diagnosis within a single handheld instrument. Designed for predictive maintenance, electrical inspection, and industrial reliability programmes, the camera enables maintenance teams to locate and quantify faults rapidly while reducing downtime and operating costs.

The camera utilises a 124 low-noise MEMS microphone array to produce real-time acoustic images overlaid onto a high-resolution digital camera image, allowing users to quickly identify leak locations, electrical discharge activity, and developing mechanical faults even within noisy industrial environments. AI-assisted onboard analysis automatically classifies partial discharge types, assesses severity, recommends maintenance actions, and calculates compressed air or gas leak losses and associated energy costs.

The Si2-Pro supports detection of compressed air, hydrogen, methane, natural gas, carbon dioxide, ammonia, helium, argon, and other industrial gases. In addition, dedicated mechanical inspection modes assist with early identification of bearing faults and other rotating equipment defects before they result in unplanned failures.

Designed for industrial maintenance teams, utilities, manufacturing facilities, food and beverage production, pharmaceutical plants, chemical processing, automotive manufacturing, and energy infrastructure, the Si2-Pro integrates cloud connectivity, fleet management, automatic software updates, and compatibility with FLIR Thermal Studio for enterprise reporting and analysis.
