DESCRIPTION:
The SignalHawk SH-75S-AOA integrates standard spectrum analysis with dedicated angle-of-arrival (AOA) interference-hunting tools. By leveraging embedded GPS and mapping (e.g., OpenStreetMap), it allows technicians to triangulate the source of unwanted or rogue RF signals in real time. The unit includes a bright 5.5 full-color touchscreen, dual-level internal preamplifier for weak signals, multi-touch interface, and rugged field-ready construction. It’s compatible with the Bird RF Meter App for added sensor interoperability.
Frequency Range: 9 kHz to 7.5 GHz — wideband monitoring from LF to SHF.
Angle-of-Arrival (AOA): Built-in direction-finding technology with GPS and mapping for real-world interferer localization.
Spectrum Visualization: Trace and spectrogram waterfall displays with high-resolution viewing.
Predefined Measurements: Channel Power, Adjacent Channel Power Ratio (ACPR), Occupied Bandwidth (OBW), phase noise, field strength, FM demodulation, spectrum masks, CNR/GNSS quality, and gate scanning.
Dual-Level Preamplifier: Enhances sensitivity to weak interference.
Connectivity & Integration: USB-C interface and compatibility with Bird RF Meter App and field sensors.
Battery & Portability: Rechargeable Li-ion battery with ~5 hours operation for field use.
Interference Hunting & Mitigation: Locate and diagnose unwanted RF emissions in congested environments.
Wireless Network Maintenance: Cellular, Wi-Fi, GNSS, broadcast systems, and other RF infrastructures.
Field Signal Analysis: Spectrum occupancy, signal characterization, and compliance checks.
