DESCRIPTION:

The Rohde & Schwarz RTM3002 with integrated mixed-signal functionality represents the entry-bandwidth MSO configuration within the RTM3000 family. Designed for embedded systems development, high-speed digital design, industrial electronics, communications engineering, power electronics, and advanced troubleshooting applications, the platform combines oscilloscope, logic analyzer, protocol analyzer, waveform generator, spectrum analysis, and power measurement capabilities within a single instrument.

A defining feature of the RTM3000 architecture is its custom 10-bit analog-to-digital converter combined with an exceptionally deep memory architecture of up to 80 Mpoints. Compared with conventional 8-bit oscilloscopes, the RTM3002 provides four times the vertical resolution, enabling engineers to identify subtle signal anomalies, switching ripple, power integrity issues, and transient events with greater accuracy.

The oscilloscope delivers up to 5 GSa/s real-time sampling and waveform acquisition rates reaching 64,000 waveforms per second. Combined with the large acquisition memory, this allows detailed capture and analysis of long-duration events while maintaining high timing resolution.
