DESCRIPTION:
The PeakTech® P 4060 MV is a professional DDS (Direct Digital Synthesis) function generator that produces a wide variety of stable electrical signals and waveforms with high precision for test, measurement, and development work. It operates as both a general signal source and a pulse generator, covering a sine waveform frequency range from ~10 µHz up to 20 MHz, with corresponding ranges for other waveform types (e.g., square to ~5 MHz, ramp and pulse to ~1 MHz, and arbitrary up to ~1 MHz). 

The generator supports multiple modulation modes including AM, FM, PM, FSK, and PWM, enabling varied signal synthesis for analog and digital test scenarios. A 6-digit LED display and front-panel controls allow direct frequency, amplitude, and parameter setting, while a USB interface provides remote control and integration with PC software. The instrument includes a built-in 10 W power amplifier for driving external loads within its bandwidth. Comprehensive sweep control, external trigger input, and a robust set of output waveform options make the P 4060 MV suitable for electronics labs, telecommunications test benches, production validation, and educational environments.
