DESCRIPTION:
The PeakTech® P 4055 MV is a single-channel DDS (Direct Digital Synthesis) function generator designed to deliver stable, low-distortion periodic and pulse waveforms for electronics labs, R&D, production testing, education, and industrial applications. It uses DDS technology to generate a range of waveform types with very fine frequency control and resolution down to 10 µHz across its operating range from 10 µHz to 3 MHz. 

Output options include fundamental waveform shapes such as sine, square, triangle/ramp, and pulse, with sweep capability and selectable start/end frequencies for flexible test setups. A variety of modulation types — including AM, FM, PM, PWM, and BPSK — broaden its utility in analog and digital signal generation tasks. A USB interface enables remote connection to a PC for control and parameter configuration, and a built-in 10 W power amplifier provides a robust output suitable for driving loads. The 6-digit LED display shows frequency and amplitude readouts clearly, and a trigger input allows synchronization with external signals to enhance measurement precision.
