The PeakTech P 1615 Clamp Meter is a robust handheld instrument designed for non-contact AC and DC current measurement up to 1000 A via a clamp jaw, ideal for industrial and maintenance applications requiring high-current diagnostics. Beyond current, this meter integrates essential multimeter capabilities including voltage up to 600 V AC/DC, resistance, frequency, capacitance and temperature measurement, as well as continuity and diode testing. A clear backlit LCD with 4000 counts ensures precise readings, and functions like auto/manual range selection, data hold and auto power-off enhance usability. The clamp opens to fit conductors up to ~35 mm diameter, and safety is ensured with TÜV/GS and EN 61010-1 CAT III 600 V ratings.
