DESCRIPTION:
The PeakTech P 1356 is a feature-rich 2-channel digital storage oscilloscope with a 60 MHz analogue bandwidth and a maximum 1 GS/s sampling rate on one channel (500 MS/s with both channels active), providing dependable waveform capture for a variety of electronics, laboratory and service applications. Its 20 cm (8) TFT touchscreen display with 800 × 600 resolution supports intuitive touch-first operation — allowing selection of menus, time base, sensitivity and active channels directly onscreen — while traditional function keys and rotary knobs are also available for control. A 12-bit A/D converter delivers finer waveform resolution compared to conventional 8-bit models, aiding in detection of subtle signal details. Integrated tools include a 25 MHz arbitrary waveform generator (AWG) and a 4000-count digital multimeter (DMM), adding general measurement flexibility. With deep memory (up to 40 million points), automatic measurement modes, FFT frequency analysis, XY mode, and interfaces such as LAN, USB host/device and VGA, this oscilloscope delivers a versatile measurement platform. Optional Li-Po battery support enhances portability for field use. The P 1356 is ideal for embedded system debugging, mixed analogue/digital signal investigation, industrial and educational testing, and scenarios where touchscreen interaction boosts workflow efficiency.
