DESCRIPTION:
The PeakTech P 1030 Non-Contact AC Voltage Detector is a user-friendly tester for detecting the presence of AC mains voltage without physical contact. It senses voltage in the range from approximately 50 V to 1000 V AC and provides clear visual indication via a flashing red LED and audible buzzer when live voltage is present, while a steady green LED shows when the point is voltage-free. The compact tester incorporates an integrated LED flashlight for working in dark panels and a pocket clip for convenient carry. Its rugged, double-mould housing and CAT III 1000 V rating make it suitable for quick diagnostics, outlet and socket testing, conductor tracking and general electrical safety checks.
