The Extech MO280-KW is a complete Water Damage Restoration Kit tailored for restoration contractors, inspectors, and facility professionals requiring reliable moisture and environmental measurements on job sites. At its core is the MO280 pinless moisture meter, which performs non-invasive moisture checks in wood and building materials to 0–99 % moisture with measurement depths up to ~22 mm below the surface. The kit also includes the MO210 pocket moisture meter with electrode pins for pin-type moisture readings, and the RH490 precision hygro-thermometer, which measures ambient temperature, relative humidity, dew point, wet bulb, and absolute humidity with fast response and 2 % RH accuracy. All tools are supplied in a protective storage case that organizes equipment for site use and reporting.
