The VIAVI INX-660 Probe Microscope is an intelligent autonomous fibre inspection and analysis platform engineered for automated connector end-face certification, contamination analysis, and standards-based fibre inspection across telecom, enterprise, FTTH, wireless, aerospace, defence, and hyperscale data centre environments.

Designed around VIAVI Test Process Automation (TPA™) architecture and the industry-standard “Inspect Before You Connect™” methodology, the INX-660 automates every stage of the fibre inspection process including inspection tip recognition, image focus, image capture, image analysis, and result storage to deliver one of the industry’s fastest fully automated fibre inspection workflows.
