DESCRIPTION:

The Rohde & Schwarz FSH13 is a professional handheld spectrum analyzer engineered for demanding field service, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting applications. Covering frequencies from 9 kHz to 13.6 GHz, the instrument provides comprehensive RF measurement capability for telecommunications networks, microwave links, broadcast systems, public safety communications, aerospace applications, defence communications, and industrial wireless infrastructure.

The FSH13 forms part of the highly successful FSH family and combines spectrum analysis with optional cable and antenna analysis, network analysis, power measurements, interference analysis, and transmitter testing functions within a single rugged platform. The instrument is specifically designed for field engineers who require laboratory-grade performance in outdoor environments.

Excellent RF performance is achieved through low phase noise, high dynamic range, and outstanding sensitivity. With the integrated preamplifier enabled, the analyzer delivers a typical displayed average noise level (DANL) of approximately -163 dBm, allowing reliable detection of weak signals and low-level interference sources.

The rugged splash-proof enclosure is designed for demanding field conditions and incorporates a large colour display, intuitive keypad controls, USB and LAN connectivity, and battery operation of approximately 4.5 hours. Fast measurement speed and simplified operation allow technicians to perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and acceptance testing efficiently at remote sites.
