DESCRIPTION:
The Extech EN300 is a rugged 5-in-1 environmental meter engineered for comprehensive field diagnostics across HVAC, industrial hygiene, and environmental assessment applications. It integrates sensors for air velocity (via a low-friction vane wheel), relative humidity, ambient temperature, light level, and sound level into a single handheld instrument. The large dual LCD can display temperature with air velocity or relative humidity simultaneously, with display characters reversing based on mode. Additional functions include data hold, MIN/MAX recording, auto power-off, low battery and overrange indicators, a tripod mount, and RS-232 PC interface support. The EN300 also accepts a Type K thermocouple for extended temperature measurement up to 2372 °F (1300 °C). Complete with a Type K thermocouple probe, pouch case, and six AAA batteries for immediate use.
