DESCRIPTION:
The Extech EA80 Easy View Indoor Air Quality Meter/Datalogger is a handheld environmental instrument designed for detailed monitoring of indoor air quality. It utilises a maintenance-free dual-wavelength NDIR sensor to measure carbon dioxide (CO) levels from 0 to 6 000 ppm, alongside sensors for air temperature (20 °C to 60 °C) and relative humidity (10 % to 95 % RH). The unit also calculates dew point and wet bulb values, making it suitable for CO and comfort assessments in offices, schools, greenhouses, and other occupied environments. It supports both continuous datalogging (up to ~20 000 data sets) and manual storage (up to 99 sets), and includes data hold, MAX/MIN with time-stamp, audible alarm, and auto power-off functions. The EA80 comes complete with batteries, PC interface cable, and Windows-compatible software for analysis and reporting.
