DESCRIPTION:
The Bird E485C is a 4-port electronic calibration (ECal) module designed for fast, accurate, and repeatable calibration of multi-port vector network analyzers. Equipped with Type N male connectors, the module electronically presents calibrated standards to the VNA, removing the need for manual connection of individual calibration components.

The E485C supports full 4-port calibration, enabling accurate multi-port S-parameter measurements including return loss, insertion loss, isolation, coupling, and phase. By reducing calibration time and minimising handling errors, it improves measurement efficiency in laboratory, production, and advanced field environments.

The module is compatible with Bird modular vector network analyzers and is suitable for telecoms, broadcast, aerospace, defence, and general RF and microwave engineering applications.
