DESCRIPTION:
The Bird E285C is a 2-port electronic calibration (ECal) module designed to provide fast, accurate, and repeatable calibration for vector network analyzers. Fitted with Type N male connectors, the module electronically presents calibrated standards to the VNA, eliminating the need for manual connection of individual calibration components.

The E285C supports full two-port calibration, enabling accurate S-parameter measurements including return loss, insertion loss, isolation, and phase. By reducing calibration time and minimising handling errors, it improves measurement efficiency in laboratory, production, and field environments.

The module is compatible with Bird vector network analyzers and is suitable for telecoms, broadcast, aerospace, defence, and general RF and microwave engineering applications.
