Assess the condition of electrical and mechanical equipment using the FLIR T865 High-Performance Thermal Imaging Camera. Available with a choice of lenses including a telephoto 6° lens; wide angle 80°; and a FlexView™ dual field of view lens which allows you to switch between telephoto and wide-angle viewing easily. The FLIR T865 camera is a great solution for condition monitoring/predictive maintenance engineers and can even help to reduce maintenance costs, improve efficiency as well as reliability, and prevent downtime due to (costly) outages.
The camera features a 640 x 480px IR resolution, and the ability to capture radiometric thermal images which provides improved accuracy and detailed temperature information from each pixel. It can measure temperatures as low as -20°C to as high as +2000°C at an accuracy of approximately ±1°C/1%. Furthermore, there are four handy imaging modes:
It also includes an array of useful imaging features such as selectable thermal colour palettes, contrast enhancement, laser-assisted autofocus, and 1-touch level/span. These features help to deliver accurate temperature measurements and avoid diagnostic errors. FLIR Vision Processing also helps to ensure precision by combining MSX and UltraMax imaging with adaptive filtering algorithms to provide industry-leading image clarity.
Images are visible on the large, vibrant, four-inch colour LCD. Alternatively, thermal imaging can be viewed via the integrated eyepiece which is ideal when using in bright sunlight. Moreover, a 180° rotating optical block enables safe, comfortable, and easy viewing of overhead or low targets. The thermal camera’s design ensures you can assess the state of equipment from any angle in any lighting condition and at a safe distance.
Integrated reporting features, such as voice annotations, customisable folders, and Wi-Fi sync to FLIR Apps, make organising, sharing, and managing data easy. In addition to this, FLIR Route Creator ensures gathering data is also simple and speedy. An inspection route is created in FLIR Thermal Studio Pro and subsequently uploaded to the FLIR T865. You can then follow the route via the thermal imager to acquire the necessary temperature data and imagery. This streamlines the inspection process, especially as data can be uploaded directly and securely to the FLIR Ignite cloud or FLIR Thermal Studio Pro Software.
Ideal for assessing the condition of electrical and mechanical equipment, the FLIR T865 High-Performance Thermal Imaging Camera is perfect for streamlining inspections and improving the efficiency of predictive and preventative maintenance.
