DESCRIPTION:

The Bird 8765 is a compact, direct water-cooled RF termination engineered to dissipate up to 40 000 W continuouslywhile maintaining stable 50 ohm impedance and low Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR). Its hollow resistive element absorbs RF power and transfers heat directly to flowing water, minimising ambient heat and enabling installation in tight spaces. This model is suitable for broadcast transmitter test, high-power transmitter systems, and RF lab applications demanding continuous high-power termination.
