DESCRIPTION:

The Bird Technologies 4230-005-1 7/8 inch RF Line Section is a precision coaxial air line designed for insertion into an RF transmission path between a transmitter and its antenna or load. It features a single element socket into which a Bird plug-in element of the desired frequency and power range can be inserted to enable accurate monitoring of forward and reflected RF power when used in conjunction with compatible measurement equipment such as Bird wattmeters or multifunction power meters. 

Configured with 50 Ohm characteristic impedance, this line section maintains signal integrity while providing access to RF energy through the element socket. The included Type-N male to Type-N female connectors facilitate direct connection with standard RF cabling and devices.
