DESCRIPTION:
The Extech 407113 Heavy Duty CFM Metal Vane Anemometer is a robust handheld environmental test instrument designed for accurate airflow and temperature measurements in demanding applications. Featuring a durable metal vane sensor mounted on a 3.9 ft (120 cm) cable, it can withstand elevated temperatures up to 175 °F (80 °C) and high airspeeds up to 6,890 ft/min (35 m/s). The dual display simultaneously shows airflow (CFM or CMM) or air velocity plus temperature. Users can select from three airflow display modes (instantaneous, up to 20-point average, or 2/3 flow value). Advanced functions include MIN/MAX record/recall, data hold, auto power-off, and an RS-232 PC interface for optional data acquisition. The unit ships complete with a 9 V battery, protective rubber holster with stand, and a hard carrying case.
