The Bird 3141A48 Channel Power Monitor (CPM) is a 1 RU rack-mount RF monitoring display engineered for continuous performance observation across up to 16 RF channels. It measures forward power, reflected power, composite power, and VSWR when connected with compatible Bird channel power sensors, enabling centralized oversight of transmitter and combiner subsystems in broadcast, public safety, and commercial communications installations.

This variant is optimized for environments where ±48 VDC power is the primary supply, eliminating the need for auxiliary AC adapters in DC-powered sites. Integrated Ethernet with a built-in web server provides browser-based configuration and real-time display, while SNMP support facilitates integration into network management systems for remote diagnostics and alarm reporting.

The CPM’s standard 19-inch 1 RU form factor fits conventional equipment racks and consolidates multi-channel RF monitoring into a unified interface, improving fault detection and preventive maintenance workflows in dense RF installations.
