DESCRIPTION:

Megger 1005-269 is a screened high-voltage insulation test lead set designed for use with compatible 15 kV Megger insulation resistance testers, including instruments in the MIT and S1 series. The lead set features a 20 m flexible screened PVC cable rated for 15 kV DC insulation testing, enabling safe connection when performing insulation resistance measurements on high-voltage electrical equipment. 

The screened lead design helps minimise measurement interference by routing induced noise currents away from the measuring circuit via the instrument guard connection. The set includes large insulated test clips suitable for attaching to larger test points, and is supplied in a carry hold-all for transport and storage. 

This lead set is intended for use with 5 kV, 10 kV and 15 kV Megger insulation testers, providing reliable high-voltage connections during insulation testing of cables, switchgear, transformers and other electrical assets.
