DESCRIPTION:

Megger 1005-267 is a screened high-voltage insulation test lead set designed for use with compatible Megger 5 kV, 10 kV and 15 kV insulation resistance testers, including instruments in the MIT and S1 series. The lead set features 10 m flexible screened PVC cable with a 15 kV DC insulation rating, enabling safe connections when performing insulation resistance testing on high-voltage electrical equipment. 

The screened cable design helps minimise electrical interference by diverting noise currents through the guard connection during testing. The set includes large insulated test clips designed to clamp onto larger test points or conductors and is supplied with a carry hold-all for storage and transport. 

This lead set forms part of Megger’s range of screened HV test lead accessories, available in several lengths for use with 15 kV insulation resistance testers used in cable, switchgear and transformer insulation testing.
