DESCRIPTION:

Megger 1005-266 is a screened high-voltage insulation test lead set designed for use with compatible Megger 5 kV, 10 kV and 15 kV insulation resistance testers, including instruments in the MIT and S1 series. The lead set features 3 m flexible screened PVC cable with a 15 kV DC insulation rating, providing safe and stable connections during high-voltage insulation resistance testing. 

The screened cable construction helps reduce electrical noise and interference by directing induced currents to the instrument guard terminal, improving measurement stability during testing. The set includes large insulated HV test clips suitable for attaching to larger conductors or terminals and is supplied in a carry hold-all for storage and transport. 

This model forms part of Megger’s 15 kV screened HV lead series, which includes variants in 3 m, 10 m, 15 m and 20 m lengths for different testing distances and applications.
