DESCRIPTION:

Megger 1002-648 is a high-voltage insulation test lead set designed for use with compatible Megger MIT and S1 series 5 kV and 10 kV insulation resistance testers, including models such as MIT515, MIT525 and MIT1025. The set includes three 15 m colour-coded test leads (red, blue and black) fitted with large 10 kV insulated clips, enabling secure connection to conductors and terminals during insulation resistance testing. 

The leads are constructed with double 5 kV insulation (equivalent to a 10 kV rating) and incorporate large insulated crocodile clips designed for hands-free attachment to larger test points. This configuration allows operators to safely perform insulation testing on cables, switchgear and other electrical equipment where extended reach is required.
