DESCRIPTION
Bird’s 100 W RF Termination family consists of robust coaxial loads engineered to provide stable 50 Ohm impedance termination and controlled VSWR performance for mid-power RF applications. Within the 100 W series are multiple sub-families that address different frequency ranges and installation needs:

100-T Series – Convection-cooled broadband loads, general-purpose termination up to ~3 GHz.

100-6T Series – Convection-cooled broadband loads with ultra-compact footprint and extended frequency coverage to ~6 GHz.

100-CT Series – Conduction-cooled dry loads suited for system integration or external heat-sink mounting.

100-ST Series – Convection-cooled (mountable) dry loads with rugged construction and flexible connector options.
These terminations are passive, dry, and natural convection cooled (except CT where conduction cooling is required), offering reliable RF power dissipation and low reflection match for signal sources, amplifiers, and system ports.
